When It Rain's, God's Crying

"When it Rains, God's Crying"
'We Are Our Brother's Keeper'
(Genesis 4:9)

Dedicated to Alycia and Adrian

This is the story about a family who suffered unbelievable losses with emotional, physical and spiritual pain as a result, only to finally find everlasting peace knowing that what they went through others will benefit by.

About the love of a brother and sister, continuously torn apart, after
surviving a horrendous tragedy in the face of tremendous strife in our country in the late 1960's.
A time when the Watt's riots plagued our streets and assassinations plagued our political arenas: Malcolm X, President Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and Bobby Kennedy.

Times have not really changed.
Those that are trying to help others just "be-cause" are still shot down ruthlessly.
But just like riding and falling off a horse, some that are only wounded keep getting back up to continue on their journey towards righteousness.

A story of a man with extensive brain injury who was sadly shuffled around the country for forty years in search of the best possible care, and ironically, ending up taking better care of his little sister.

A story of a woman who refused to cry uncle.

A struggle of finding one's way out of the desert of our society's hypocrisy.

Between the two, they were exploited beyond comprehension not only by some of their own family and friends, but by those who profess to be advocates of people with disability.

It is through her brother with the Grace of God that his sister found her way.

She will be forever grateful and honored
to be a part of his life, for he is her hero.

Through our Father she learned the meaning of unconditional love in spite of the shame that she felt towards many of her fellow human beings.

We live in an unconscious world based on a separatist Ego that pays only attention to "form" and power over others.

Wouldn't it be nice if we lived in a conscious world based in the Heart that re-connects all of us back to "substance" with empowerment?

It is her every intention to give back to her brother all that he has given to her, and more.
And it is our intention to give back to her children
all that they lost as a result of what happened.
None of this was their or our fault.

We are the survivors of 40 years of the worst case of crimes and discriminations ever committed and we are the richest of all families who have come up in history with our memory.

The tears that were shed by all of us are what helped us grow upwards in Heaven. We indeed made the sacrifices that were asked of us.

It is our hope that those listening to this
will have a greater understanding of what we believe life to be about:
the coming together of family in support of each other with
Love, Laughter, Respect, Honor and Joy!

Dawn's Chorus, An Awakening!

Dawn's Chorus, An Awakening

An Instrument in God's Symphony

As I listen to the sounds
Paying attention to the symbols
That Surround me Everyday

Inside and Outside
On the radio
Feeling the Vibrations
The Energy
Beating in Time

Moving Slowly as I make my way
Throughout the day

I know that I am in Tune
playing only a small part
at the direction of God's
Wand

Each and everyone of us are an instrument in God's symphony when we awaken to the truth of the light found within our heart which is pure love.  We are connected energetically to everything that exists in the Universe!
